BOB BAFFERT (Nothing Like You, winner) –“I saw the (opening) fractions and thought ‘She’s gone’ (the 2-5 favorite Royal Slipper). But when that two (horse, Tambo) headed her at the top (of the stretch) you could tell that filly was given. Then we came running. I thought ‘There’s too much (ground to make up)’ and at the wire I wasn’t sure. But we got the bob and I’m happy.”
