Del Mar’s Single Ticket Jackpot pool reached a season high of $441,293 heading into Wednesday’s program at the seaside oval following the lack of a solo ticket winner on Sunday’s 10th program of the meeting.

The “Jackpot” pool, which requires a Pick Six player to be the only one with an all-correct ticket, is separate from the regular Pick Six pool, which can be won by multiple players.

The “Jackpot” has a special date ahead – that would be Saturday, August 19. That’s the day of the 27th running of the TVG Pacific Classic and the track will have a “mandatory” payout of the Pick Six that afternoon, meaning the entire “Jackpot” pool will be placed in the regular Pick Six pool and will be dispersed to those with the most winners that afternoon.
