A single Pick Six ticket purchased by a member of the Player Management Group at the Oregon hub tabbed the winners of races 5 through 10 Saturday afternoon at Del Mar and was rewarded with a husky return of $162,590.40. The winning ticked was purchased for $3,600. 

 

The winning sequence – 1,7,10, 7, 1 and 8 – included two solid favorites and a substantial longshot.

 

The race winners were (Race #5) Scattgirl (Kent Desormeaux) $14.20; (#6) Tryst (Flavien Prat) $4.00; (#7) Curlin Rules (Victor Espinoza) $12.60; (#8) Straight Fire (Desormeaux) $3.80; (#9) Free Rose (Joe Talamo) $59.80), and (#10) Rideo (Talamo) $10.40.

 

The total Pick Six pool for the afternoon was $250,639.  Besides the big winner, there were 113 tickets with five correct and each earned $253.80.
