For the second consecutive day and the sixth time in the first 21 days of the meet, a single Pick Six bettor hit the wager and took home the whole prize. This one paid “only” $53,430.

Odds-on favorite Livin On Prayer got the job done in the day’s 8th and final race and rang the bell for a fan using NYRA Bets and playing a $384 ticket.

The wagering sequence in the sextet bet went like this:

Race 3 -- #9 Girl Downstairs ($5.40); Race 4 -- #8 Always Believe ($11.00); Race 5 -- #2 Vexatious ($7.00); Race 6 -- #6 Square Peggy ($11.40); Race 7 -- #1 Meet and Greet ($14.60), and #3 Livin On Prayer.
